Talk: Using Open Data and Tools in Government

Hello Open Labs!

We would like to invite you to the GIZ Talk: “Using Open Data and Tools in Government”, on 29th of March, 17:00 at the GIZ Office - Rooftop.

We are happy to have @besiguri (open-source hactivist, founder of OpS-IN) to discuss how open data can be useful in sustainability projects with the government. The talk will include:

  • an easy introduction to the tools,
  • examples, like the digitalization of maps in Kosovo and Albania,
  • and some orientation on how these tools can help in discussing with different experts.

The talk will be for around 30 minutes, and will be followed with an open discussion and drinks afterwards.

For more details, please find the poster of the event attached.
Please let me know if you are joining, so we can arrange accordingly!
