We are happy to announce that we are calling for proposals (CFP) for #OSCAL2019 
Everyone who wants to join us and share their thoughts and experience, host a talk or workshop or even be part of an amazing weekend dedicated to this common passion that we share together, is more then welcome to apply and join on the weekend of 18 & 19 of May.
We would like to invite developers, speakers and promoters from Albania, the region and overseas to submit proposals. The applicants for who want to pitch at OSCAL’19 must be aware that the topic MUST be related with open knowledge, open source software and/or hardware, software freedom or generally open culture.
